Outstanding share awards will be
forfeited on the date that notice
of leaving is given or received or,
if earlier, the leave date.

You must have a minimum of 90 days continuous
service in an eligible WL3+ position during the
bonus year to be eligible for an award. The
award will be paid as cash only (i.e. there won't
be a share deferral element) and it will be prorated
based on your length of service up to and
including your termination date in the bonus
year. If assessment of your performance hasn't
been completed before you leave, your Individual
Objective outturns will be set at target (3.33% for
each), although line managers have the discretion
to amend this.
Any cash amount due will be paid into the last
bank account our payroll team have on file as
soon as possible after the full year results and
bonus outcome have been communicated. In the
event of death while employed, cash payments
will be made as soon as next of kin details have
been obtained.
Shares will be released shortly
after leave date. Tax may be
withheld on the Annual Bonus
shares and the net number of
shares released.
