4.3. Examples of calculation of the Eligible earnings
Examples of calculation are for the financial year 2019/20 when 371 calendar days were calculated for the
evaluated period.
The Eligible earnings is a specific amount from which the bonus will be calculated. The final value of the bonus
depends on sales, profit and your contribution rating (see point 3). Example of the final bonus calculation can be
found in the Bonus Matrix.
Example No.1: Peter has been in the WL2 position since the beginning of the financial year. After 5 months he
was promoted to WL3 position. During performing bonus position (the evaluated period), he was on the sick
leave for 36 days in total.

5. What are the conditions for the bonus pay-out?
Once all the criteria and conditions for the bonus are met, the bonus will be paid together with the salary, usually
with the salary for May.
If you are WL4+ colleague, your share award will be made in May. Share awards for colleagues at WL3 positions
will be made in June.
In the case of taking maternity or parental leave, long-term sick leave, unpaid leave or career break on the date
of the bonus payment, this is paid into the account specified by the colleague for paying the salary.
5.1. Eligibility to International bonus in case of termination of employment
The following table summarizes the entitlement to International bonus in case of the termination of employment.
Leavers who remain eligible must have a minimum of 90 days continuous service.
