2. Final bonus payout percentage
Based on the level of achievement of the CE financial targets (Sales and Profit), the percentage of the
maximum opportunity for each financial criterion will be determined (see table above).
Based on Your contribution fair rating by your line manager, a percentage for Your contribution criterion will
be allocated.
A rating of 'Below expected contribution' won't generate any award under the individual element for
performance, but you'll still be eligible to receive an award for the Profit and Sales measures.
